We manufacture different types of Vacuum Pumps that includes Rotary Vacuum Pumps, Roots Twin Lobe Pumps, Fractionating Oil Diffusion Pumps & Diffstak Diffusion Pumps. Vacuum Pumps are combined with chambers and operational procedures into a wide variety of vacuum systems. Sometimes more than one pump is used (in series or in parallel) in a single application. To achieve a more-perfect vacuum, techniques must be used, typically in series. Some examples are such as oil sealed rotary vane pump backing a diffusion pump, or a dry scroll pump backing a turbomolecular pump. There are other combinations depending on the vacuum quality desired. Achieving truly high vacuum is difficult because all of the materials exposed to the vacuum must be carefully evaluated for their outgassing and vapor pressure properties.
